Why in 2008 am I writing about Harassment Stories!!!

My wife and I are still feeling the pain inflected into us by the management and some of the cast members while we worked in this part of Disney.

Mental harassment, Sexual Harassment, Religious Harassment, Discrimination

All incidences were reported to:

Human Resources:

Local Union 362

 Head  Manager of Dino Land 

The names may be factious but the stories are true

 managers, Jeff, Jamie, Anastasia, Ann Marie,

Cast members: Ivan, Archer, Diane, Christine, Shannon, Daniel, Christy, Tara, Griselda

 managers and some of these cast members came to  me at Studebakers for Ideas for Animal Kingdom.

Now you see why they put my wife and me through the Immoral and indecent Harassment while working at Dino Land. Some of them I mentioned on my page titled Calendar of Stories.

To clarify things a little more a few examples of what they would do to us.

They would always talk to me and turn there back on my wife

making her really feel uncomfortable. Try to grab me or hang on me in front of my wife to up set her.

First day in Dino Land Anastasia told me and Fatima to wait for her in the Jubilee tent, while waiting for Anastasia four cast members Shannon was the spokes person walked up to us and said we could not speak to each other while working, While the four of them where playing around like 7 year olds in a sand box and Anastasia never did show up.

Second day the same four and two other cast members where standing in the middle of the bone yard talking, laughing and joking around having a good time, not being at their stations and not watching out for the safety of the children.

About every half hour all cast members in Dino Land would change stations to break up the boredom, My wife and I would get by passed for change of stations by these cast members and when they did finally change our stations they would make a point of saying you can not talk to your wife. But it was OK for them to talk, joke and play around and they made a point of doing it so we were sure to see them. Also they would skip us for breaks.

We where going to quit the second day but we did not have anywhere else to go and did not believe this would keep going on,

We stuck it out and it just kept getting worse .

Being new in the Bone yard my wife and I went up to the office to make a complaint to Anastasia on what the cast members where doing to us. Anastasia said the other cast members told her Fatima was taking extra breaks and leaving her station without permission. I told Anastasia Fatima would never do such a thing and some one was Lying about her. Anastasia said would you call me a lyre if I said I saw Fatima taking extra breaks, There was a group of managers in the office and Fatima was feeling very embarrassed and upset, I told Anastasia my wife would never do anything irresponsible and did not take any extra breaks no matter what you say. She is a adult and a very responsible professional person, well than I knew Anastasia was telling the other cast members to Harass us, I just didn't know how many other managers where involved.

The cast members would hug each other in the bone yard and do jesters with each other that was against the rules of Disney employment making sure we would see this and than telling us we could not do this. My wife and I would not act this way, being mature adults and professionals.

A cast member named Archer hugging grabbed my hand in front of my wife and would not let go just to harass my wife, the other lady cast members would try to hug me or touch me and I would move away from them so they could not touch me. this was sexual harassment. they did this just to try and make my wife feel not wanted and they where told to do this by there managers just to harass us.

Daniel would walk up to me and point out woman and make sexy statements about them to me. I just turned my back on him and he would walk away, know where did he come from I don't know but if I left my station and walked around I would get fired.

Daniel introduced me to a new cast member, Christina to me but not to Fatima my wife, Fatima was standing right there but did not get introduced to Christina, Christina smiled at me never looked at Fatima or said Hi than  both Daniel and Christina turned away and left. From that day Christina would be placed next to me at a close station so she could look at me and star and Fatima was placed fare away from us at the other end of the bone yard. This was purely ruthless and Sexual harassment. Christina would run into the break room when I had a break and just star at me and try to flirt with me. Christina would follow us out the door at closing time, cast members would bump into us as we where leaving. when I finally turned her in for Sexual Harassment.

The next day Jeff and Anastasia met me at the Bone Yard where I was to switch stations with Christina, Jeff told me to wait there with Anastasia while he went to get Christina as Jeff and Christina walked back to us they where hugging and laughing and bumping each other in a play full manner, when they got to me Jeff asked how could you turn her in for sexual harassment

Well if me and Fatima did what those two did me and my wife would be turned for sexual harassment.

One night after working in the Bone Yard and getting into our car to go home I kissed my wife on the cheek while she was getting into our car. The next day we where called into the office for sexual harassment in the parking lot.

So yes the managers ruthlessly Discriminated against me and my wife.

I have 16 typed pages of harassment by the cast members of Dino Land that I turned into Disney Human Resources with no action taken in our behalf.

What was done to me and my wife was discrimination, Immoral, indecent, unconstitutional, degrading, harassment.

Never in our life do me or my wife ever had any kind of bad work related history.

Well I have to correct my self we both worked for I think 7 deferent companies in Orlando for about a week each before we went to work for Disney, they each treated us exactly the same way we where treated at Dino Land. On Monday each company would say Oh we would love to have the both of you come to work for us, we love husband and wife teams. Than mostly religious harassment and bumping us in the halls, by the end of the week we where told we just didn't fit in.

for some reason all these people hated that me and my wife where married.

We got married August 31,1998 that's when we started looking for a job in Orlando and ended up at Disney, But why did Disney hire us in the first place after we had just been fired from 7 other companies, Would you hire us, no unless you wanted to further the Harassment to a higher level.

I don't need to say any more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But a closing statement!!!

Your Religion should be kept in your heart your home your place of worship your church and only used to make people happy and feel good.

Some time religious people think Harassment and torture is a manner in which to punish people who think a little different than they do and they believe they are doing good, when in fact they are creating a lot of ill will and hatred.

Just look around the world at the religious wars still going on.

Well Religion has come into our Government and our work place, just look at the wars we are in the lives we lost and the people we maimed and the state of our economy and how other people in other countries look at us.

I think for Christ sake we should stop it!!!

It is the 21st Century and I don't think a lot of people realize it.
