A Fish Story

In 1949 I attended St. Ann's Roman Catholic School, just 4 doors down the street from my house. I was 7 years old and not baptized as yet, but got baptized there that year when the nuns realized that I wasn't. I did attend catholic churches for about 25 years but never joined one or became a member, just went out of habit.

 1952 I was in the third grade there and that is when the fish story took place.

In our class room we had a fish tank maybe 10 fish. One morning when we got to the class room the nun asked the class of  7 year olds if we knew what had happened to the fish, they where all dead in the tank. Of course no one knew. a few minutes later the Janitor came in the class room and the sister, asked the janitor to point out who he saw kill the fish in the tank the day before at the end of school. The janitor pointed at me and said Don had his hand in the tank and was handling the fish and squeezing them and trying to catch them in his hand.

Well I was made to pay for all the fish the next day, I think it amounted to $1.85. The next day I was a very angry little boy and in front of the class very up set I put the $1.85 on the nuns desk and looked at her and the class and told them I did not kill the Fish  and if the most highest of holly people could not see the truth than I can't be here. I turned around and left the school and never returned. At 7 years old that was something. But not the end of the story. I went to a public school about 3 blocks down the hill side below the Catholic school.

In 1986 Henry Finagles the school janitor Died at his death bed his last words  he told his sister Sissy was to tell Don he was sorry for telling the nuns that Don killed the fish. Henry told Sissy he killed the fish and asked Sissy to find me and ask me to forgive him. She did find me and guess where, in Studebakers in Clearwater Florida, which was a think tank, another story. But Sissy came to me and told me Henry died and told her he killed the fish and wanted me to know and forgive him. Can you imagine 35 years later I get a apology from a retarded janitor who told a lye and needed to be forgiven. Henry was a retarded person and worked at St. Ann's Roman Catholic School in Homestead, Pa. Suburb of Pittsburgh as a janitor. I did forgive him and  told Sissy that Henry to me was not as retarded as you would think those where not the words from a dying retarded person.

  A Squirrel Story

One day in Tampa Florida at Rocky Point golf course I was standing on the tenth tee, teed up and ready to drive. No one wanted to go out with me I was by myself, when I noticed some squirrels running in the trees across the fairway. I looked at them and said, I wonder what squirrels do during a hurricane? Four squirrels ran down the tree over to me and stood outside the tee box and they chattered between them. I though they wanted my ball. One came in and placed his paws over my teed ball, and looked up at me as to say we pray he took his paws off my ball and He went back to his friends and they looked at me chattered and ran back to the tree. This happened a day after a small hurricane came through the city and did some damage. This was back in 1985 or 2000 when I lived in Tampa.

Same golf course about the same time a Gold cross formed above me when I hit the ball for a bird on hole nine. the men all ran out of the club house, which was right next to the green They seen it too , no one said a word to me just walked by looking at the sky trying to find something, I asked them if they seen my ball, no one talked to me, I was looking for it, it was in the hole.

The Mission: Church of Stories, Stories of today, Phenomenon and Events of today, Miracles, New Stories. to be invited To tell them in other churches or none religious organizations, clubs, associations, corporations, to hold seminars and Public speaking, to tell my stories.

The Speaker: Due to many Events and Phenomenon in my Life some thought to be religious events or miracles by other people.

Event: This would be a very personnel matter to be decided by the individual. He or She is the only person who knows what happened to them. If it is real and you or a organization interferes with this persons life more than likely you or they will suffer from the source that caused the event or phenomenon, whether it be religious or other.

Bibles: there are many, in every country and language these stories have been told for over 2000 years. I don't think I can tell these stories any better than they have already been told, so we are going to focus on New stories.

Religion: Are these Phenomenon or religious events which have evolved into many different types of religious believes world wide. We do value and respect all, the manor in which you believe is your God given right, But if you do not believe in God that is also your given right and we give you the same respect as those who believe in a God.

God: We believe He is, But of course we don't know what He is or where He came from Heaven or another planet?

Jesus Christ: Gods son and men savior to some religions,  we do know He was here and ended up out on the street being nailed to a cross and left to die by the  leaders and politicians of that time. I call that being abused and murdered. Time don't matter, the same thing is still going on today by the same people to the same people if you believe we are all sons of God, and the question remains with me Who or What is God?

Angels: What ever you want to call them, but we believe they are there.

                            I think of my wife as a Angel.
